CLS Support

CLS Support provides advice, information and training on all aspects of Legal Aid (LSC) contracts and the Quality Mark, including

  • working under the new Standard Civil Contract
  • fixed fees: what they mean and how to survive them
  • the LSC contract rules & guidance, eg eligibility, claiming time, sufficient benefit
  • Quality Mark requirements and how to make them work for you
