CLS Support and Training

ASA's CLS Support Project provides advice, information and training on all aspects of Legal Aid (LSC) contracts and the Quality Mark, including

  • working under the new Standard Civil Contract
  • fixed fees: what they mean and how to survive them
  • the LSC contract rules & guidance, eg eligibility, claiming time, sufficient benefit
  • Quality Mark requirements and how to make them work for you

An Email Bulletin service providing regular updates and information on contracting and Quality Mark issues.
 
Printed briefings on both contracting and Quality Mark issues.
 
CLS Support is provided as a membership service to ASA members and organisations in England and Wales belonging to our member networks. CLS Support is available on paid subscription to other organisations.
