This NEW discussion based course looks at the practical aspects of the supervisory role, including what it is to be a supervisor and the need to provide leadership to staff you are responsible for. It will show you the practical things a supervisor should do and how to make sure you do them to make sure you get the most out of yourself and the people you are responsible for

This course is aimed at staff with supervisory responsibility working under contract with the Legal Services Commission. It assumes you already have a basic grounding in supervision and file review requirements from working under the SQM or Lexcel, or by attending Course 2 (Supervision: Compliance). This course is about developing professional skills and exploring tried and tested practical tools and experience that can be used on a day-to-day basis
